Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Use (“ToU”) define the conditions for accessing and using the website
Comptagency – Comptagency.com. By browsing the Site, the user acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted the ToU.
Article 2 – Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with an Internet connection. All related costs
(hardware, software, connection) are borne by the user. The publisher reserves the right to interrupt,
suspend, or modify access to the Site, in particular for maintenance or updates.
Article 3 – Services Provided
The Site presents the activity of the chartered accountancy firm Comptagency, its services and news.
The information provided is for guidance only and does not constitute personalised advice or a contractual offer.
Any service is subject to a quotation to be accepted by the client.
Article 4 – Intellectual Property
All elements on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, downloadable documents, structure, etc.)
are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use,
in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Comptagency is prohibited.
Article 5 – Personal Data
Comptagency complies with applicable regulations (GDPR and the French “Informatique et Libertés” law). Data
collected via the Site are used to process requests and manage the relationship. They are not
shared with third parties without consent.
In accordance with the regulations, users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection,
restriction and portability.
Users may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: cnil.fr.
Article 6 – Liability
Despite the care taken to update the content, Comptagency does not guarantee completeness or the absence
of errors. The user acknowledges using the available information under their sole responsibility. The Site may be
temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or force majeure.
Article 7 – Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Comptagency has no control over these sites and
disclaims any liability for their content or for any damage resulting from their use.
Article 8 – Security & Client Area
The user undertakes not to compromise the security of the Site (insertion of malicious data, unauthorised access, etc.).
Where a secure client area is provided, the user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login details and for any activity
carried out using them. Any suspected fraudulent use must be reported immediately to mgirod@comptagency.com.
Article 9 – Changes to the ToU
Comptagency reserves the right to amend these ToU at any time to reflect changes
to the Site, the business, or the regulations. The applicable version is the one online at the time of browsing.
Article 10 – Dispute Resolution & Consumer Mediation
These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If the
disagreement persists, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Comptagency, subject
to mandatory legal provisions.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumer clients may refer the matter free of charge to the firm’s designated consumer mediator:
